| Play a "C" chord in the first position using 3 fingers only. Don't bother with string 6 and leave the little finger to do some string pressing. | 5,4 | T,T | |
| Put the little finger (left hand) at the third fret of the first string and pluck it with the middle finger (right hand) as you play string 4. Repeat but lift off the little finger. |
